- Since eBooks and other digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds. Please ensure that you review the product description and details before making a purchase.

3. Online Courses
- For online courses, once you have enrolled and gained access to the course materials, the sale is considered final, and refunds are not possible.

4. 1-on-1 Consultations
- For scheduled 1-on-1 consultations, you may cancel your appointment at any time. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will forfeit the consultation fee.

- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled coaching session without prior notice, you will forfeit that session. We reserve the right to charge the full session fee for missed appointments, and no refunds will be made in that case.
