  • All sales of digital products, including eBooks, templates, online courses, and 1-on-1 consultations, or any other digital products or resources are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been completed.

2. eBooks and Digital Products

  • Since eBooks and other digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds. Please ensure that you review the product description and details before making a purchase.
  • If you encounter any technical issues with downloading or accessing your product, please contact our support team at support@learnatrix.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

3. Online Courses

  • For online courses, once you have enrolled and gained access to the course materials, the sale is considered final, and refunds are not possible.
  • If you experience difficulties accessing the course or have any concerns about the course content, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

4. 1-on-1 Consultations

  • For scheduled 1-on-1 consultations, you may cancel your appointment at any time. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will forfeit the consultation fee.
  • Rescheduling: To reschedule your session, please contact us via email at support@learnatrix.com or contact@learnatrix.com. We will assist you promptly and find the best alternative time slot for your session.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled coaching session without prior notice, you will forfeit that session. We reserve the right to charge the full session fee for missed appointments, and no refunds will be made in that case.
